Hashire Hebereke: EX

Hashire Hebereke: EX is a remake of the 1994 Super Famicom game Hashire Hebereke (which is also featured on this release, but emulated), featuring an English localization, a ton of new modes (including a rhythm game), a gallery and two new characters.

Oh, and did you know this is the first game in the series to feature online multiplayer (not counting the Nintendo Classics re-release of Amazing Hebereke, on which the online is done via the application itself)?

Listening Room#

To do: Get images

The Listening Room from the original game returns, and it's also acessible via the same method from the original! The only differences is that you can only listen to music and you can return to the title screen. Also, entering it is required to unlock the Rhythm mode (as the game tells you).

Regional Differences#

To do: Get also screenshots for Korean and both variants of Chinese! They also have their regional logo. More differences between languages.

Revisional Differences#

September 4, 2026 Update#

This update, exclusive to the Steam release, fixes all the achievements, because they weren't unlockable on the release version.

Additionally, not shown on the patch notes, the game now shows the Steam username instead of the computer's username for both the online mode and at the end of the credits.
