Frogger: Helmet Chaos is a game with plenty of frog gameplay and mind control. This version has more unused files floating around than the Nintendo DS version.

Unused Graphics#

E3 Leftovers#

Menu options for classic mode and a story demo leftover from E3. Also a blank menu option and a version blurb.

DEFAULT.GIM#

This texture is found in USRDIR/ and embedded into six different level files. It is probably used as a "missing texture" texture.

Early Health Container#

A crudely drawn placeholder.

This game has text or audio that needs to be translated. If you are fluent with this language, please read our translation guidelines and then submit a translation!
Notes: The single symbol on the bag needs translation.

The final game uses SMALL_COIN_BAG and MONEYBAG. BIG_COIN_BAG is this unused texture.

UV Grid#

Artists use textures like these to test UV maps as they edit them. This texture is huge for PSP, at 512x512 pixels (the used textures are 64x64.)

Early Frogger Texture#

Stored in the folder CHARACTERS/TEST/ is this early texture for Frogger. It is named FROGGER_APRIL12.BMP and was last modified on June 20, 2005.

Unused Models#

Also in CHARACTERS/TEST/ is this animation test model (named ELBOW.GMO), alongside a cube, sphere, and a copy of the bat enemy, all without textures.
