This room contains two dogs, as well as 22 plates of cooked chicken.
Sylvarant Temple Dog
The dog in the bottom right of the screen allows the player to jump to either the "Release Seal" or "Pact with Summon Spirit" states of each of Sylvarant's elemental dungeons (Fire, Water, Wind, and Light). As the Fire and Wind dungeons have special dialogue on their revisits if the player has already obtained the opposing element's Summon Spirit, there are additional options for those Pact with Summon Spirit entries.
Canceling this NPC's menu with the B button will cause the NPC to say "Chicken!" as the player regains movement.
Utility Dog
The dog NPC in the top right is yet another utility menu NPC, this time featuring a mix of dungeon flag settings, get-all-items options, and an "Uh-oh" option which is surprisingly self explanatory.
Head turn test#
Allows the player to turn their character model's head left or right by 0-120 degrees. The model will stay in that position until leaving the room, using the sorcerer's ring, or using the head turn test again and selecting "Return".
Temple of Earth flag#
Allows the player to manually edit the binary 8-bit flag used to store progress information for the Temple of Earth. Due to the dungeon's structure, this most likely an option on this NPC due to the various Gnomelettes the dungeon requires you to help before fighting Gnome.
Temple of Darkness flag#
Similar to the Temple of Earth flag option, this setting allows the player to manually edit a binary 8-bit flag for the Temple of Darkness. As this dungeon involves patiently corralling 5 shadow blobs around the entire dungeon, it's likely this flag exists here to make this part easier for testers.
Aska search flag#
In order to complete the Tower of Mana's revisit, the player must complete a long-running side quest that can be started much earlier on in the game and involves multiple stops. Similar to the previous two options, this setting lets the player set the binary 8-bit flag for this manually.
Current sub-event#
Untranslated, displays Kきるわん when selected.
Uh-oh#
Brings up a menu with options numbered 1, 2, 3, and 4 that when selected, play a voice clip of one of the party members saying "Uh-oh". Useful.
Uh-oh Option |
Character Voice |
|---|---|

2 |

4 |

Get all items!#
Gives the player one of most items, and 20 of certain crafting items and herbs.
Affection level#
Allows the player to select a party member, presumably changing their affection level.
sub_no#
Presents the player with an binary 8-bit flag to edit. Unknown effect.
Chicken Plates
Interacting with any of the chicken plates will reveal them to also be NPCs, offering to warp the player to a different area after displaying what appears to be a status message related to that area. For instance, House of Salvation's chicken plate displays House of Salvation event:message. before asking the player if they would like to warp to the House of Salvation. The top-rightmost chicken will open an empty menu, causing the player to be unable to leave without using the debug menu to re-enter the map.
