This build is a Gold debug rom with the intro stubbed out for quick access to debug menus. The Pokémon graphic banks were not included in the .isx file, so the intended sprites for this build are missing. Luckily enough all Pokémon that have palette differences in this build already had their final sprites, according to the scratchpad file dates.

Shinies#

Shiny palettes for Celebi and Chansey were not yet finalized.
