Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3 is a Shutokou Battle series that has been rebuilt from the ground up, with significant changes to the graphics, music, and the way the cars are driven, and for the first time the cars are licensed from the manufacturer. The international version also no longer changed the real names of the rivals.
Unfortunately, despite getting a better localization than Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero, the US version is probably most well-known for having a rather serious oversight that halts progress.

To do: |
Unknown is a rival that usually appears in the game as a ghost of the car the player is driving at the time and cannot be rematched, and does not exist on the rivals list, but actually owns a unique Toyota Supra and profile.
It uses very cool vinyls, a partially transparent hood, and white under neon, and a customized part that the player cannot use.

There is a legend like this on the streets: in the middle of the night, there is a mysterious figure that only those who have reached the top can encounter. The figure is demonically fast. |

It is a form that can change depending on whom it meets, appearing strong to those who seek strength and appearing beautiful for those who seek beauty. The answer can only be attained by those who fight. |
Unused Cars#
RUF 964RCT#
RUF 964RCT remains only the body, with no performance statistics, description, wheelbase or tread width. It seems that it was actually available for use on the test stand at the Tokyo Game Show 2002.

Image shows Mazda NB Mx-5 with body modification.
Peugeot 406 Sedan V6#
Unlike RUF, this one has not only the body, but customized parts and tread widths exist, and there is a lot of aero, and when tuned, a roll bar is incorporated. Some of the aero parts are the same as those used in the movie TAXi.

Peugeot 206 S16 Limited#
It is incompletely modeled and lacks shadow textures. Also, no aero is present, and no roll bar is assembled even if tuning is proceeded. However, as with the 406, data such as tread width and description exist.

CP#
CP, the in-game currency, has a value equivalent to ¥100 in the Japanese version and $1 in North America when 100 CP is converted into real money, and accordingly the prices of parts and cars have different digits.
Unfortunately, this change resulted in an issue in the North American version.
