After beating the game and waiting on the end credits screen for about 3 minutes, a message will appear detailing how to access a hidden level select screen.

When starting the first level, you have to hold down Y, Z, R and then press the L button when the ROUND START text appears.

Beating the game on Super Hard adds an extra line of text letting you know that you can also access the minigames using the code.
