Unused Audio

This is a sub-page of Sonic X Shadow Generations/Sonic Generations Cut Content.

OmochaoAll the lines were re-recorded and still end up getting unused.

Unused Sound Effects#

Aside most of the sound effect that can be found in the game's files, there is an additional file found in the game's Sound folder labeled "70NPC_CMN". In the file contains five more sound effects that were not present in the original 2011 release.

	00.hca	A sound effect of something revving up?
	01.hca	A small pop sound effect.
	02.hca	A bubble-like sound effect.
	03.hca	A notification sound effect, which was used in the 3DS version.
	04.hca	A leftover from the HD version of Sonic Unleashed, where the player cycles the World Map from Night to Day.

Time Eater Leftovers#

This page or section needs more audio.
There's a whole lotta words here, but not enough audio. Please fix this.
Specifically: These are just the unused voice clips from the original game. Please add the rest of it and update this section.

Strangely, the sound folder contains a file labeled as "30VCE_BLS_NP_EN_BKUP". Opening the contents reveals every voice clip leftover from the original Sonic Generations, including button controls which was changed in this version of the game.

Attacking#

While the player can use the X/A Button to attack, this was most likely meant for the debris or Homing Shots as defeating the boss requires boosting.

Restraint Traps#

Characters telling the player how to escape the Restraint Traps, which is done by rotating with the Left Stick. Strangely, this does not play in-game and possibly could've been interrupted by another voice clip where they also tell the player to free the other Sonic.
