AvatarEditor#

Found in assets\content\places\AvatarEditor.rbxl. This place is the place file for the old mobile avatar editor environment, Which got used after for the 20th anniversary of Roblox.

ConsoleUnitTest#

Found in assets\content\places\ConsoleUnitTest.rbxl. This place is a testing version of the user interface used on Roblox Xbox before late 2023, the UI does not function as the C++ call to load the UI scripts only exists in the Xbox version of Roblox. The client scripts this UI uses were removed from other Roblox releases somewhere in late 2019. This place also exists on the Microsoft Store version.

MobileGamesPlace#

Found in assets\content\places\MobileGamesPlace.rbxl. This place doesn't have much to look at as the workspace is empty. There is however an UI located in the server storage. There is also an exact copy from the AvatarEditor scene found inside the ReplicatedStorage. In ReplicatedStorage are also two character models, one for R6 and another one for R15.

Furthermore there are two empty LocalScripts in StarterPlayerScripts called "CameraScript" and "ControlScript" respectively.

ThumbnailingEnvironment#

Found in assets\content\places\ThumbnailingEnvironment.rbxl. There are two things to note in this place. The place has a custom sky-box and there is an invisible UI located in StarterGui known as "ErrorGUI".

Vietnam Policy#

All this info is found in assets\content\guac\defaultConfigs\GuacDefaultPolicy-VNGGamesDist.json. This file goes unused, because Vietnamese Roblox players have their own application known as Roblox VN.

Regional Differences#

Roblox VN, also known as the VN Version, is the Roblox release given out to Vietnamese users. This build is still actively being supported and updated. This version can be found on the Google Play Store and on the App Store.
