Bonus Disc Releases#
The bonus discs that come with reserved copies of the game have some unique contents of their own. There were a total of three different releases of a bonus disc for Pokemon Colosseum, each with different types of content.

In the Game Boy Advance multiboot file sent from the WISHMKR Colosseum Bonus Disc, support for FireRed and LeafGreen (as well as Japanese versions for all games) is actually present and fully working. However, support for these games, either intentionally or by accident, is disabled by default. Internally, the function which checks the inserted game's ID will return a bitmask depending on which game is inserted. Bit 0 is set if the game is non-Japanese. Bit 1 is set when an out of region game is inserted. Bit 4 is set for Ruby or Sapphire, and Bit 5 is set for FireRed or LeafGreen. When returned value is checked, however, it will check to make sure bit 0 is set, and then bit 4 must be set as well. By dumping the multiboot file, decompressing the main code, and then nopping out 020134CC (to allow Japanese games) and 020134D4 (to allow FireRed/LeafGreen), the WISHMKR Jirachi can be transferred to all US and Japanese Pokémon games except Emerald. Support for Emerald is seemingly missing, however it was also released much later than Colosseum.
In this disc, there's a preview of Pokémon Colosseum, a trailer for Jirachi: The Wish Maker, and the option to transfer the afromentioned Jirachi to Ruby and Sapphire, resulting in not being required to own Pokemon Colosseum itself to obtain this Pokemon.

Inside the files of the US Bonus Disc, there's a multiboot gba rom file, and by disassembling the code of this file, it was possible to recreate the distribution of the Wishing Star (ネガイボシ) Jirachi. This was the first event Jirachi released to the public, distributed to the first 200,000 players who purchased an advance ticket to Jirachi: Wish Maker from April 26 to July 18, 2003. Players could exchange the ticket for Jirachi at Pokémon Center, Ito-Yokado, JUSCO, Toys "R" Us", Daimaru, and Hello Mac stores from June 21 to July 31, 2003. The Pokémon was distributed by Nintendo GameCube, so its code could have been repurposed for this Bonus Disc Jirachi, under the OT name of WHISMKR.
Additionally, there's a never released METEOR event Jirachi that seems to be the translated version of the Wishing Star Jirachi, sharing the same ID number but with the OT "METEOR". This heavily hints at plans of releasing this same Jirachi internationally instead of through the Colosseum Bonus Disc and Pokémon Channel, which both use a different OT.

Bonus Disc Content#
Content from the Japanese bonus disc was left in the full game. In the US version, the content can be accessed through hacks and its translation is mostly complete in system_tool.fdat, with the various graphics remaining in Japanese. However, in the European releases, this content appears corrupted and the translation is seemingly missing from the files.
This Action Replay code will make it appear upon starting the game.

There are four rooms related to the bonus disc, named as "ex_" inside the files. The first is "ex_title", which only works as the title screen, but the rest has text that was translated.
Additionally, the name strings for the OTs of the bonus disc Pikachu and Celebi are present and translated in all versions, in common_rel.fdat.

In order to obtain Celebi, the player must have snagged and purified all Shadow Pokémon normally available during the Story Mode (not counting E-reader additions). Afterwards, it's possible to connect a GBA copy and receive up to 48 additional Celebi as long as that copy has reached the Hall of Fame and hasn't already received a Celebi.
