JumpStart 2nd Grade Math is a game in the JumpStart series released in 1998.
Unused Graphics#
An unused logo for a different JumpStart game, JumpStart Adventures 5th Grade: Jo Hammet, Kid Detective, is present in the game's files. This version of the logo appears to be nearly identical to the logo of an earlier JumpStart game, JumpStart Adventures 3rd Grade: Mystery Mountain. The logo seen in the final release of JumpStart 5th Grade has various differences in the shading, lettering, and sizing of the logo.
Unused Music#
Two unused jingles appear in the file RL001.BAL, which contains assets for the "Tic-Tac-Ratso" activity. Presumably, the first jingle was intended to play at the start of the activity, while the second one would've played when the activity is completed.
Jingle 1 Jingle 2
Also present in RL001.BAL is an unused variation of the game's outro fanfare. The actual game uses a longer variation, which cuts off around 27 seconds in.
