Earthworm Jim (Sega Master System, Game Gear)

In another one of those port-of-a-port situations, Earthworm Jim on the Game Gear is pretty much just the Game Boy version with the added color and worse audio that comes with the territory of being a Game Gear game. Oh yeah, and a massive, ugly, pixelated HUD.
