SimShow 1.3 is a Windows program officially published in August 12, 1999, entirely thought out for all of the people who were following the stages of production from The Sims, even nine months before it went available for sale. Although you couldn't really start off a simulated life with SimShow, it worked as a way of rendering Sims graphics and animations in real time, giving the fans a more clear notion of how they would behave and look like during gameplay without massively spoiling the fun by unveiling the whole thing before the game's official release. By being a program published 6 months before February 2000, you could imagine that SimShow features early versions of several used animations, or even some that were summarily scrapped down the line...

Two animations built to fit in a type of chair that doesn't exist in the game's final version. a2o-chair2-idle2 is present within Animation.FAR, though.

Note the different composition of the animations' names (exceptionally without the a2o prefix), which gives a hint of how old they are if we compare them to all of the other ones made. adult-tantrum.cmx expresses a subtle resemblance to the final version's tantrum animation.
