This is a sub-page of Proto:Rayman 3 (Game Boy Advance).
Build 01 (March 1st, 2002)#
|
|
This prototype is documented on Hidden Palace. |
A pre-alpha build.
- The first build with music!
- More levels are added, but still, there are no sound effects.
- Rayman's sprite is improved, and more detailed, but they still use his Rayman 2: The Great Escape and Rayman Arena design.
- The prototype uses a placeholder title screen, with promo art of Rayman at the left used for Rayman 2, and the logo of the GBC version of Rayman at the right, with a white background.
- Press A or B to start the game.
- Pressing Start will advance to the next level, Boulder Brink. This must be done to advance the game as well.
- The header is unchanged.
- Has a preliminary HUD that is similar to Donkey Kong Country and the original Rayman combined, and collectibles and objects are present.
Unused levels#
|
|
This needs some investigation. |
8 additional levels are present. However, you cannot access these levels by pressing Start, because only two levels are accessible, as it is most likely a demo.
