ab9je00.srl is the kiosk version of Red Rescue Team included as part of the Nintendo Gigaleak. It is nearly identical to the final demo.
Build Date#
The leaked demo includes "PKDi ver 1.0 [May 23 2006] 16:24:23" as its build date string, exactly 6 days before the final.
Demo Lockouts#
The lockouts are the same as the final kiosk demo.
- You can only play as Pikachu as the hero, and Charmander as the partner.
- The demo doesn't allow the player to choose a name for Pikachu. As a result, the game skips the name input screen.
- Due to the previous reason, the default team name is Pokémon.
- The demo has a 10 Minute Timer, once it ends it will stop the game.
- Only two dungeons can be explored, those two being Tiny Woods and Thunderwave Cave. Once these two dungeons are completed, the game will end.
Boot Up Screen#
When you boot up this version, the "Press Start" text is static. The text is animated in the final kiosk demo.
