Removed Side Missions#
Remnants of four side missions found inside AMERICAN.GXT. The one common thing between them is that (most of) these strings were wiped by the July build. All found in MAIN, besides Speed 4, which is stored in SPE.
Coach Driver#
Pretty self explanatory. While not a proper side mission, in Vice City, it was possible to pick up passengers in a Coach and earn a small cash bonus for dropping them off at random stops.

Mobile Massacre#
Judging by the presence of dialogue, the "Mobile" in the title might mean mobile phone, through which these missions could have been given. The first two strings below did survive in the final game, naturally unused.

RC Racin'#
Seems to have been spun off into three separate RC missions for the final game, Trashin', Ragin' and Chasin' RC. They share both mechanics and locations given in the below strings. Though looking at the mission script in MAIN.SCM shows that the mission is in a very early state. The mission would have started by entering a TOYZ van parked outside Eddie's Garage in the Red Light District, the location of the first safehouse in GTA III. Despite being internally referred to as a "HELIRACE" (as per MAIN_DEBUG.DBG), the script calls for a Sanchez and a Mr. Wongs van driven by a Triad.

|
To do: |
While early audio for only one MoCap cutscene is present, most of the in-game dialogue from the main cast is in, but minor nameless characters or one time appearances like Miguel or Phil Cassidy are still missing.
Ma Cipriani#
In the final game, all of Ma Cipriani's dialogue (not counting the two phone calls) has a filter applied as she is yelling at Toni from inside her restaurant/car. All of the lines are present here without said filter.

Dead Meat#
The unedited lines for Casa mentioning the meat grinder (which would be present in the iOS/Android version) are intact in this build, but would be changed by July. According to the text in this build, you were originally taking Casa to the Bitch'n Dog Food factory instead of the sawmill, which explains why these lines were edited. Oddly, these lines would resurface first in the mobile port.

Removed Models#
Targets#
Five shooting range targets (target_01-05), also present in the July build, then removed.
Additionally, there is a texture for a sixth target.
Stadium Dirt Tracks#
Present only in this build are models for three unique dirtbike courses, each with an identical copy of a Liberty Memorial Coliseum interior model. Presumably a side mission similar to Dirt Track in San Andreas.
