This is a sub-page of Proto:Grabbed by the Ghoulies/Demo.
|
|
This needs some investigation. |
The demand folder from the Grabbed by The Ghoulies demo was not trimmed down by the developers, and thus it has most, if not all of the graphics implemented into the game at the time the demo was made.

It was originally planned for Spiders to be involved in the challenge instead of Imps. This probably explains why it was internally named Scaredy Spiders.

This screenshot would later be replaced to reflect the color change of the Ninja Imps.

The camera is zoomed in much closer to the reaper and he has a red aura around his hand instead of blue.

It was originally planned for Haunted Chairs to be involved in this challenge instead of Spiders.

This might have just been an early version of Friday Night at The Embassy. It was also titled Dancing Disco Divas at one point during development.

The E3 2003 icon shows a mummified Cooper about to be attacked by a Mummy instead of a Mummy falling into the stove.
GameCube Button Prompts#
Grabbed by the Ghoulies spent most of its development on the GameCube before work transitioned to the Xbox following Microsoft's acquisition of Rare. Five button prompts for the GameCube controller linger in the demo's files. Like the final's button prompts, their full names were prefixed with aid_texture_joypad_.
