The Korean source code was nice enough to provide two flag lists from the Spaceworld '97 era! Found in SILENT.DAT and OLD.DAT respectively.

8	f_takaradoor_cmsg	Flag - Treasure Door - [?] Message	TAKARA is the internal name for the "museum" that sits next to the Old City's tower. This flag appears to have been related to the museum's entrance. Much like Bill's house, there is sign-related data placed over each of the museum's doors.
