Tartarussian Defeated#
An unfinished rendition of the scene that plays after Lucia defeats Tartarussian. The scene the game actually uses is number 3E.
Plutonian Defeated#
The same, but for Dante and Plutonian.
Devil Trigger Transformation#
A sequence featuring Dante in Lower Town surrounded by enemies as he then activates Devil Trigger. The event is split into two parts, seemingly without a smooth transition: one before and one after Dante activates Devil Trigger.
デモリスト.xls states this would have played right after the scene used in the final game in this area, where Dante jumps through the entrance before being confronted by Msiras.
The document describes the scene as such:
Dante transforms (through a combination of motions in the game, showcasing the moving player with a dedicated camera angle to make it look cool, and if possible, adding visual effects such as blur or slow motion).
Dante surrounded by enemies, looking up and down with a very tense expression before closing his eyes and relaxing his expression: most likely to go Devil Trigger, given the following scene.
Devil Trigger Dante breathing heavily, still surrounded by enemies. This scene actually loops seamlessly.
Fake Magical Device GET#
Watch on YouTubeWatch on YouTube
Named in デモリスト.xls as "フェイクの魔導器をGET" ("Fake Magical Device GET") are two different scenes - one for both Dante and Lucia - in which they obtain some sort of "fake magical device."
According to デモリスト.xls, Dante's scene would've taken place in the lava room of the factory.
Arriving at the Factory#
A cut event where Dante would dismount his bike and enter the factory.
While there isn't an actual demo file leftover for this one, there is a full model of the front of the factory, where this event would have taken place, as well as a brief description in デモリスト.xls:

Attract Demo#
si\event\69 is what appears to be the real-time cutscene that the final game's pre-rendered intro video is based on.
D0_00-pl00_00#
The first scene after the warning text, with Dante shooting the screen.
D0_00-pl00_em08_04#
Dante in the foreground looking directly at Nefasturrius, which begins to attack him.
D0_00-pl00_02#
Dante activates Devil Trigger to counter Nefasturrius' attack. Dante's regular and Devil Trigger forms are overlapped here to facilitate the effect in the completed video of him transforming.
dante-dante_kao_UP3#
Dante gives a (slightly bizarre-looking) smile.
D0_00-pl00_09_13#
Devil Trigger Dante begins charging up an attack.
D0_00-pl00_14#
The very last scene of Dante shooting before striking the pose in the game's logo.
