Formerly Sound Source Interactive, this subsidiary of the Japanese-based TDK Corporation mostly handled the publication of licensed products, mostly with mixed results. Original titles were mostly sourced from their European division which had existed prior to the US one. They were purchased by Take-Two Interactive at the end of December 2003 and rebranded as Take-Two Licensing.
