E-Reader compatible games

The e-Reader is a first-party barcode reader peripheral for the Game Boy Advance that allowed players to scan the dot code from e-Reader cards. It was Nintendo's attempt to bring additional content to the GBA, long before the DLC trend took off several years later.

This card-powered peripheral was released in the US and Australia, although it was quickly discontinued. Europe, on the other hand, was screwed again. In Japan, however, it was supported until the end of the GBA's lifespan, and was also supported by some GameCube games.
