Twisted Metal does the time warp again and goes all the way back to the beginning. While making it more gritty and FMV filled of course.

Regional Differences#
- The European versions of the game made numerous changes to the cutscenes in Sweet Tooth's story, not only doing the usual of removing more grotesque/violent scenes, but also removing some of Sweet Tooth's dialogue (for instance, him calling the girl a bitch) and changing the overall direction of the scenes.
- The Meat Wagon had its special attack changed. In the North American version, it is a live patient strapped to a gurney and can be seen writhing about while in the back of the vehicle and while being launched toward an enemy. The European version changed the live patient to a lifeless body.
- Similarly, Shadow had its special attack changed as well. This time, it was a live person inside of a coffin in the North American version that was changed to a dead body in the European version.
- The German localization made a change to the "You killed [character name]!" message that appears during gameplay. Instead of directly translating the message to "Du hast [character name] getötet!", it is translated to "Du hast [character name] erledigt!" which, in English, means "You have defeated [character name]!"
