THE "DENPA" MEN 3: The Rise of Digitoll is the final game in the main trilogy. With monster catching, house decorating, and Crystal's parents!

Unused Text#

You can check on your
Denpa Men here.
Select which characters
to put in your party.
Characters in the house
receive experience too.
Check on them when you
return from an adventure.
You can now put x people
in your party!
The Denpa Men in your
house have leveled up!

Leftovers from the previous games. The Denpa Men House was replaced with multiple houses.

Its healing powers are gone...

Ditto. Hot springs were replaced with recovery points.

Distance from each watch tower:
West x, South x, East x.

Leftover from the second game. There are no watch towers, and the Water Temple is discovered via a sparkling point on the overworld, so they would be redundant.

What will it grow into? It's a surprise!

Unused Museum text for the Antenna Roots, which cannot be normally seen. This is also leftover from the previous 2 games, which was also unused there.

A monster has no effect now.

Battle text for when a catch move wouldn't work.

Not enough AP
to use x.

Battle text for when a Denpa Man tries to use their antenna with not enough AP. The antenna button is instead grayed out when the Denpa Man's AP is too low.

Antenna chang(ed!)
Antenna evolves (quickly!)

Partially unused text for the Summoning Lab, since they get cut off in the speech bubble.

Hello.
Hi.
How are you?
You should drop by my place.
Hi.
Do you need something?
What are you up to today?
I'll be here.
Hey, bro!
Yeeeah!
Here's where I'll be.
Sup?
Hiya!
Heh heh.
What is it?
Let's play!
Hi!
Teehee!
Wanna come to my place?
I love you.
How do you do?
And who might you be?
Oh, it's you.
Don't you look down at me!
Hullo!
What a lazy day.
Don't worry about me.
Aloha!
Thanks for letting me stay here.
It's me!

Regional Differences#

Text to Speech#

In the Japanese version, every Denpa Man speaks, with text translated in real time. Spoken dialogue is present in the US and European versions for the hero, Crystal and her family, but they are stored as streamed audio in the game's files instead of being read out in real time.

Microphone Support#

In the Japanese version, you can blow away Denpa Men using the microphone, but this was removed everywhere else, since the microphone for the 3DS is pretty sensitive.

Internal Name#

The game's internal name is Oahu.
