MotoraEventCollision#
This is a collision object that respawns defeated Motobugs on demand. It behaves about the same as the automatic Motobug spawning in Starlight Carnival Act 4.
ObjectLookCamera#
A leftover from Sonic Unleashed, whose code Colors is based on. As in that game, it's a camera variant that locks onto a targeted object and orbits around it, based on the player's position.
Gear Platform#
The Gear Platform, internally referred to as RotationGlobe, is a spinning object that's intended to be used with the Spike Wisp. When the player hops on it while in the Spike form, they will be rotated in the direction that the platform is spinning in. Though unused here, the Gear Platform is used in Planet Wisp Act 1 in the console/PC version of Sonic Generations, where it's referred to internally as plaGearFloor. It functions differently in Generations, as the player must spin dash on it to move it in a set direction.
Spinning Laser Variants#
Two variants of the spinning laser object seen in Sweet Mountain and Asteroid Coaster exist.
SpinLaserStraightMove#
Moves in a straight line depending on the distance and speed set from the object's parameters.
SpinLaserPathMove#
Moves along a given path at the speed set from the object's parameters

Spring Variants#
There are two spring variants in the game's files that go unused. Both previously appeared in Sonic Unleashed. There is no way to spawn these in-game.
Blue Spring and Action Pad#
The blue spring and action pad, which were used for quick-time events in Sonic Unleashed, are present in the game's files. Colors doesn't feature the kind of quick-time events that Unleashed did, but these objects' presence suggests they were planned at some point.
Thorn Spring#
The thorn spring, a spring variant from Sonic and the Secret Rings and Sonic Unleashed, also goes unused. In both games, the player has to avoid using a homing attack on a thorn spring when the spiked side spins up.
