This is a sub-page of SOS (SNES).
This subpage hosts a myriad of cut graphics related to various characters.
Characters#
All the main characters got two sets of unseen call animation where they'll point upwards to something, while looking backwards. It is possible that you were meant to be able to direct the yellow marker to anywhere you wanted rather than your current position.
Chief Engineer Ussar and Maverick are two characters the player can never rescue. Maverick the Purser is already dead by the time you reach him. Chief Engineer can talk, scale walls, walk and drop down as part of a scripted event. Even so, there is a full unusable movement sprites of them jumping, leaping, sitting on an angled slope, swimming, dying from zero stamina, falling and climbing downwards. Perhaps one or both were considered survivors, or that graphical bytes were made to ensure scripts proceeded smoothly, though the actual reason remains unknown.

An unused frame of Jeffrey Howell extending his arm.
Two frames of Francoise Maxwell sprites exist where she holds her head while standing up, or dropping down. This was likely intended to be used in the infirmary as there's no known events where she'd despair over her daughter going missing in the kiosk. In the game, she automatically stands up a few seconds after the player nudges her to wake up.
There's a set of sprites of Alan Gebres on the ground clutching his injured leg. No matter what the state of the ship is at, he'll always sit at the end of the Cabin Room next to Stack.
If you enter the gallery as Capris Wisher, an unnamed waiter is laying flat down by the hall entrance. He's supposed to shift positions depending on the ship's angle. The graphic is loaded in but stands indefinitely on standby, leaving only the even ground sprite to be seen.
Amy is looking around. It is unknown what this would've been used for.
Various characters have unused rotation of their death poses or being unconscious.
Ripton, a character that only appears at the end of the game, contains graphics of him attempting to reassure somebody, to looking in certain directions.
Dialogue Motions#
Survivors have a plethora of unseen motions that involve talking to the protagonist while crawling or climbing. It cannot be triggered due to several factors, such as the conditions to meet the passengers, interior events will temporarily disable the ship from tossing around and most rescue events will not appear if the ship's angle is at 60° and above. For example, John Rattler and Ismay Carl Townsend's rescue event can only happen when the ship is even, making it impossible to see their angled talk poses at 20°/80°. Although certain characters like Amy Markarson or the Klavier and Barbara rescue event can appear in all angles, they’re programmed to be placed to the nearest horizontal topography tile. Even if the player happens to have an unfortunate time with tilt patterns, a pre-boiler explosion gameplay only allows up to 40°. By the time the explosion happens, the majority of the passengers you failed to persuade have perished.
There's also a matter that even if you did rescue them in time, not only are most of them locked into a special state disguised as an idle pose; only a few are collaborative characters that utilizes extra dialogue(Jimmy Akers, Michael Burnings, Stella Adams) meaning that other survivors will never participate in events regarding other passengers. There's also no events where passengers other than the protagonist can talk while mounted on a wall.
In order to see these sprites in action you have to force the ship's direction to 60° and above while there's an active event either by using Debug Mode and pressing the X button on controller 2(USA version only) or use the cheat code 000212:60~f0. In the case of Amy Markarson and Harry Adams, you need to modify them into an existing character as they do an angry motion.

Endings#
A few frames and animation from Capris and Luke's S ending were omitted, such as Capris petting Amy, Capris looking at the player, Luke shrugging, and Ismay lowering his gun stance before or after the suicide attempt. There's one of Amy looking down while her brother is holding onto her.
Capris has an unused sprite where he's holding a stick, suggesting he may have been considered to be saved as a passenger, or having an ending that involves hitting the hull with a weapon. Amy has an unused sprite where the player was supposed to see her take her last breath while fading out to the shipwreck ending.

Maps#
Undefined#
An unknown woman in a bath towel. To see her, swap the protagonist to Barbara Sinclair(11), Kathrine Meibrus(1C) or Angelica Snow(36) with a cycle value of 44 standing on a tilted slope.
An unknown female character who uses the Francoise Maxwell/Pamela Smith sprite set, but in orange clothing.
An unnamed child in red clothing. Does not have a standing sprite.
A dead woman in a blue dress with blond hair. It is suspected she may be Stella and Harry Adams mother. Can only be seen if the player swaps to Amy Markarson(07) while in a special state of action.
In the prologue there's a man in the middle deck's shop bathroom taking a dump. Trying to interact with him sparks the "Somebody is in there." message. Likely the sprite was intended to be seen if the player went into the bathroom stalls next to him. To view this, swap the protagonist to Cooper Smith(12) or Miller Strisers(1A) with a cycle of 44 standing at a steep angle.
Redwin is doing an odd hand shake not seen anywhere.
In the middle deck, a man in a blue suit can be seen conversing with another man talking about Humphrey Craft's latest robbery while reading London Times. After the capsize, he disappears. Here it looks like he was to be shown dead or knocked out.
