Unused Models#
Unused Morgan Model#
Found in the directory: "\RedApp\Content\ArtResources\Characters\A_Morgan01," an unused model of Axe-Hand Morgan can be found. The model, compared to the final one, has significantly more detail throughout, despite having fewer bones in the skeleton, with none in the face.

Morgans#
Found in the directory: "\RedApp\Content\ArtResources\Characters\Roles\Enemy\Morgans01," a model of "Big News" Morgans can be found.

Interestingly, in the directory "\RedApp\Content\RedApp\Base\UI\DynamicLoadRes\SpriteSheet\Recruit_v5\Textures," a sprite sheet can be found that contains early versions of gacha icons. One of the icons contains Morgan's model with a background similar to the one seen in the "情报订阅" or "Intelligence Subscription" tab. It seems that at one time, instead of the more generic girl with a camera, the tab was going to feature Morgans.

Unused Graphics#
Early Game Screeshot#
Found in the files, a very early screenshot of Roronoa Zoro performing his special can be found. While the image is cropped and most of the full image contains space, many differences can be seen.
- In the top left, the bottom of what appears to be an X button, most likely for quitting the level. The button was removed in the final release.
- Zoro, Usopp, Smoker, and Koby use different artwork for their icons.
- The health bar's color was changed from orange to yellow, and the design was updated in the final release.
- Two blue icons with unreadable Hànzì characters can be seen next to Zoro icons; these were most likely placeholder icons for the escape system.
- The text for what round it is and the amount of time left uses a completely different format.
- The appearance for when a character is defeated was completely changed, with the appearance going completely gray and a white skull-themed X in the final release.
- The font for the combo number is different and uses Kanji instead of Hànzì for the combo text.
- Originally, the virtual joystick used the Jolly Roger of the Donquixote Pirates, but without the line going through it.
- The buttons for escape, special moves, attack, and the Dial system all used different icons.
Unused Special Defeat Images#
Also found in the same folder as the image above are two unused versions of the image that appears when defeating the opponent with a special for Monkey D. Luffy and Sanji. Just like the image above, these versions contain a lot of empty space.
Luffy's image, which is a screenshot taken directly from Episode 284, was redrawn and released in the final game. However, Sanji's image, which is a screenshot taken from Episode 38, was never redrawn, going completely unused.

Unused Will Crystal Images#
Found in the directory: "\RedApp\Content\RedApp\Base\UI\DynamicLoadRes\Textures\Will", unused and placeholder images for the Will Crystal mechanical can be found.
Images 10001_1 and 10001_2 use a screenshot taken from the Impel Down Arc. 10002_1, 10003_2, 10004_1, and 10004_2 use a screenshot of O-Tama from the Wano Arc. And 10002_2 and 10003_1 feature a screenshot taken from the Whole Cake Island Arc. The design of the Will Crystal itself is also different from what was used in the final release.

Some other pieces of UI can be found in the folder, such as unique artwork for Smoker and multiple books with the title of simply "One Piece."

Oro Jackson#
A black and white image of the Oro Jackson, Gol D. Roger's ship, can be found in the files; the image is used nowhere in the game.
Early Monkey D. Luffy Win Screen#
Found in the directory "\RedApp\Content\RedApp\Base\UI\DynamicLoadRes\Textures\PVPSettlement" five identical images can be found of an early version of the artwork used for Monkey D. Luffy on the win screen. Instead of being 2d artwork, the early version uses Luffy's 3d model in a slightly different pose.

Placeholder Skypiea Cutscene#
Found in the directory: "\RedApp\Content\ArtResources\Maps\PPT\A20\A20-01-01", a placeholder scene can be found for the cutscene in Chapter 19, Stage 1. The image showcases a low-quality screenshot taken directly from the anime, with, in red text, text saying "申请截图" and "(截图2张叠化)."
Early Gacha Tabs#
As stated above, under the unused Morgans model, in the directory "\RedApp\Content\RedApp\Base\UI\DynamicLoadRes\SpriteSheet\Recruit_v5\Textures," a sprite sheet containing four icons intended for the gacha can be found. While the Ace one is the same as the final, the Aokiji is much simpler than the one used in the final game, and the Arlong one is completely unused, as in the final game, Crocodile was used in the gacha icon.
Early UI#
In the directory "\RedApp\Content\ArtResources\Textures", four folders containing early UI pieces go unused.
BattleUI#
CG#
The most interesting folder of the four, it contains an image simply named Result, which shows a win screen for Roronoa Zoro in a completely different style. Also within the folder is a sub-folder named "LuQi" which contains some elements from the Result image.
