This needs some investigation. |
Third verse, same as the first. In fact, the only things different on the title screen compared to Madden NFL 2003 are the years.
Hidden Teams#
Like many games in the series, there are a handful of hidden teams. However, there are currently no known codes to access them here, but they can be accessed in a bit more of a hackish fashion through CodeBreaker codes:
Home Team Modifier: 32000520 00xx
Away Team Modifier: 32000522 00xx
xx =
00: All-Madden
21: Players, Inc.
22: EA Sports
23: Budcat
These teams may be outright unused, as (with the exception of Players, Inc.) the players on their rosters do not have names, which is not the case in 2002 and 2003.
Hidden Quarter Length#
Setting RAM address 2000524 to 04 (CodeBreaker code 32000524 0004) sets the length of the quarters to 15 seconds. This option is hidden behind a button code in 2002 and 2003, but said code (press L, L, R, R, Select at the Game Rules screen) does not work here, so it may be outright unused.
