The NES Lode Runner is a port of the computer game of the same name, which was turned into a sequel to Bomberman.

The NES version adds "BY BRODERBUND SOFTWARE INC" below the Lode Runner logo and removes the brick graphics surrounding the options. In addition to the usual Nintendo of America mention being added to the copyright text, Lode Runner creator Doug Smith is now credited, as he was in the original Apple II version.
