Unused Music#
There is an unused alternate track for the pause menu music, suggesting it was going to alternate between two tracks instead of one. The musical jingle that can be heard is used in gameplay (it's one of the stingers when sedating someone with an item like the Kalmer 1). This track also remains unused within Hitman 3.
Unused Combat Responses#
As with the 2016 game, there is unused dialog for mission targets when they get into close quarters combat with the player. Unlike the previous game, only Jorge Franco, Rico Delgado, and Janus have voice lines for this.

It's possible these were meant for either the Kalmer 1 or the Sieker 1 dart guns, but neither gun calls for the voice line. The Kalmer does call for "poisoned" and "snoring" lines, when the NPC is hit and when they pass out, respectively.
