Unused Graphics#

Unreal Editor Leftovers#

Two crude drawings of the mini-Kurona enemy and Mr. Happiness inside GG2Game.u\EditroIcon, likely used by the developers for reference in the Unreal Editor.

Several thumbnails from the Unreal Editor for the many particle effects used in the game, many of these have multiple duplicates under different filenames.

(Un)used Item#

To do:
Get a screenshot of the Pheromone Z at the store and show it, alongside another screenshot of what it does. Don't worry if you don't want the DLC, you don't need to buy it (however, the item won't appear at the store).

This needs some investigation.
Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page.
Specifically:

  • Traditional Chinese and Korean are languages exclusive to the Switch port. See if the Pheromone Z description was translated to those languages.
  • The Pheromone Z item name was taken from the store description. Conifrm if the name is correct for Japanese.

The Pheromone Z is a very expensive (joke) item that is available as DLC on both Steam and on the PlayStation Store. This item isn't available on both the European PS Store and on the Switch port, the former due to restrictions with Sony, and the latter due to the other DLC items being linked to save data to the previous (and later!) games in the series. Below is the item title and its description at the Academy Store.

Unused Text#

Common_Prologue_PV_ENG.int#

This needs some investigation.
Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page.
Specifically: The used file has 23KB while the unused one has 9KB. Those are not differences with the dialogue and require some explanation...

Common_Prologue_PV_ENG.int includes an early version of the prologue's English script. The only differences between it and the used Common_Prologue_ENG.int, in terms of dialogue, is with three of the speakers' names. Patako has her last name added in (Patako Amatsuka), and Shinobu and Maya's names are in Japanese (しのぶ and 真夜, respectively). Houdai and ???'s names (yes, ??? is written in full width) are unchanged.

Regional Differences#

Title Screen#

To do:

  • Traditional Chinese and Korean. These languages are exclusive to the Switch port.
  • All versions of the title screen because of the copyright text. If that isn't a good idea, maybe the copyright text should be documented (as text, not images) onto the Platform Differences subpage.
