Jorge: Actually, even better...sell me your weapons, and I'll give them to Daniel. Then he can smelt them down and use the metal for newer, shinier pieces! |
Jorge: Oh, and here's a one-time-only deal! I won't even charge you for materials on your first upgrade! Pretty nice, huh? Now you have no excuse not to come by. Got that, Micaiah? |
Jorge: It's a pretty nice place, huh? You basically have no excuse not to come by. Got that, Micaiah? |
- "steel" is referred to as "metal" in the European version.
- In this last part of the conversation, the US version correctly translated Jorge's Japanese dialogue but it's rendered incorrect due to a gameplay change the localization introduced by removing the forging point system. This error was fixed in the European version.

Rolf: We fight all the time, and we might not be related, but you're my real brother. |
Rolf: We fight all the time, but we're family, you're my brother. |
The US version erroneously implies that Rolf and Boyd are step-brothers and not blood-related. However in the Japanese version, there is no such reference. The official Path of Radiance Japanese site states that Oscar, Boyd, and Rolf share the same father.

Aimee: Oh, and while you own this card, you won't be able to sell your weapons as raw material. Got that? |
Aimee: Got that? |

Sothe: What is it? |
Sothe: Micaiah? |
Micaiah: Here, look at this. |
Micaiah: Yes? |
Sothe: The mark of the blood pact? It's faded a lot... |
Sothe: Do you remember what Pelleas said when he asked you to kill him? |
Micaiah: Do you think it's because of the air? Or Yune's influence on my body? |
Micaiah: How could I forget it? Oh, Pelleas... He... He said he admired my caring soul, that's why he wanted it to be me. |
Sothe: Maybe. Could it be something else? |
Sothe: That's right. I thought Pelleas to be a coward. I thought that was the reason why he preferred to die instead of fighting to save Daein. But now... Now I understand why you believed in him. |
Micaiah: I don't know. With all that's happened, I'd forgotten about the blood pact. But I shouldn't forget. The people of Daein are still in danger. |
Micaiah: Really? Why? |
Sothe: Maybe it'll fade away completely. |
Sothe: As you can use the gift of Sacrifice to save the dying, so Pelleas wanted to give his life to save his people. He wanted to be... just like you. |
Micaiah: Mmm, wouldn't that be nice? I have a few other wishes you can grant, as well. |
Micaiah: Sothe... |
[N/A. The UK version added an extra line here.] |
Sothe: I've always fought just for myself and my loved ones... and no one else. When you saved Nico in Nevassa, I admired your courage, but I also thought that you acted foolishly. Now I understand what it means to feel responsible for the lives of so many innocents. Thanks to you... and Pelleas. |
[N/A. The UK version added an extra line here.] |
Micaiah: Oh, Sothe... my dear Sothe. |
