The GBA Crazy Frog Racer is a technically unimpressive game featuring one of the world's most hated mascots. For some bizarre reason, it was once pitched as a Mario Kart game with a much more advanced engine before being turned into a Crazy Frog game and getting massively watered down. It was also developed by Manfred Trenz, creator of the Turrican series. Make of that what you will.
Oh, and don't look between the "y" and "i" of the "the Annoying Thing" graphic on the title screen...

The Annoying Thing screaming. While this sound byte is present in the other versions, the GBA counterpart has no voice acting of any kind. It's also the very first sample in the ROM.
