What would have been the fourth in a series of minigame collection/parody PDA programs, this one themed around the villains of the franchise. Compared to the pair of released games, the second pair halves the ROM size and cuts the fake internet browser, Rock, Paper, Scissors, Mojo Maze and the compressed movie "clips". The minigame unique to this version is Thrust the Two of Us.
