Apex Legends is a popular free-to-play first-person battle royale where teams of up to 3 people fight against other teams to become the Apex Champions.

Unused Sounds#

This page or section needs more audio. There's a whole lotta words here, but not enough audio. Please fix this.

Throughout updates many unused sound clips, some of them mentioning cut or yet to be implemented mechanics and weapons, have been found.

The mechanics include: Titans (like ones from the Titanfall series, as they all take place in the same universe), wildcards, challengers, experimental ammo type.

The weapons include: an experimental weapon, a grenade launcher, a rocket launcher, C.A.R. SMG, Cold War, EPG, Softball, Archer. It is worth noting that all of the named weapons come from Titanfall.

Unused Voicelines#

In the games files there are a variety of unused voice lines that hint at cut game modes and cut gameplay features

A Voice line of the Announcer announcing A Titan dropping in, suggesting that at one point they planned to have the Titans from Titanfall appear in the game or have a mode involving Titans in some way.
