An early build of Legend of The Beast compiled on May 17, 2010 (almost two years before release) is publicly available to download online. It also slightly predates all other public records of this DLC's existence.

At this point, "Legend of the Beast" conceptually is not even a thing. The metadata in the PIRS package reads "The Lost Levels of TFE: Director's cut levels from SS:TFE". The campaign in level selection is called "Serious Sam 2000", and in the files, the campaign folder itself is called "04_SeriousSam2000" instead of "04_LegendOfTheBeast".

Content-wise, this is just a version of LotB with untextured geometry, different textures, missing quotes, secrets, way less additional decoration after the first level, different skybox/lighting on the third level, some broken spawns, no netricsa messages, different thumbnails, softlocks, and other differences inherent for early versions.

In that same archive, there was also a package for the "Serious 8" playermodel DLC. At this point, it too had a different title - "Forgotten Faces". Both packages are included in the reuploads below. (Yes, reuploads, because the Internet Archive download speed is way too bad.)
