beatmania APPEND 3rdMIX mini is a demo version of beatmania APPEND 3rdMIX released on November 27, 1998, roughly a month before the final release, bundled with the beatmania 3rdMIX complete soundtrack album.

Overview#

  • The interface is the same as the original beatmania release, even using the latter's opening video. However, the Free Mode background seems to be completely new.

Unused Graphics#

As the interface is practically borrowed from the original beatmania, many sprites - some of which are still in the final beatmania APPEND 3rdMIX release - are left unused.
