Thomson TO games

The first 8-bit computer series from French electronics manufacturer Thomson, starting with the TO7, released in November 1982, and followed by the TO7/70, TO9, TO8/TO8D, and the TO9+.

Many of these, alongside Thomson's entry-level MO series, were sold to schools as part of the French government's Computing For All plan, and were not widely available for home consumers. This, combined with software incompatibility issues between these two series (in spite of games often being released for both), as well as the introduction of the Amstrad CPC, contributed to the Thomson computers' decline, and the company left the micro market before the dawn of the 90s.
