A curious joint venture in 1998 between two industry titans, establishing companies aimed at publishing each other's games in their respective regions. This was the US side that was responsible for publishing Square's games.
In 2003, the company was folded into SquareSoft upon the merger of Square and Enix, at which point it became Square Enix USA.
