Seika Corporation is a Japanese manufacturer of heavy industry machinery and power plants.
In 1988, the company founded a US branch to distribute Kemco games in the US, and in 1989, they partnered with Seika to establish a joint venture brand called "Kemco▲Seika" for the same purpose. Under this brand, Kemco was responsible for publishing, while Seika was responsible for distributing. This lasted until 1992, when Kemco founded the US branch, reverted rights from Seika back to Kemco, and discontinued their joint brand. Seika continued to publish video games until 1994.
