This British publisher was a conglomerate of various developers and publishers. They commonly published and localised Japanese titles to Europe and released several budget titles. They were bought by the Indian-based UTV Software Communications in 2007 and became UTV Ignition Games, before shutting down silently in 2012 after UTV's purchase by Disney.
