D3 Publisher of America were the North American operations of D3 Publisher. They operated semi-independently from their parent with a different structure of publishing licensed kids' games and original titles, with occasional localisations of D3's own titles, and later on select Namco Bandai titles.
They became D3 Go! in 2015 when they exited kids' games in favor of publishing mobile games, and were sold entirely to 505 Games in 2022.
