Originally formed to develop spin-offs in the FIFA series (mainly Soccer Stars and earlier FIFA Manager entries), they expanded after Bullfrog Productions was merged into them in 2001. They mainly focused on licensed titles based on Harry Potter with occasional non-HP titles thrown in. They were renamed to EA Bright Light in 2008 and relocated from Chertsey to Guildford.
