Region Lockout#
The Europe version has a region lockout system. This was removed from the international versions, which are region free. At least the killer White Zombie music is still playing!
Regional Differences#
The Japanese version of Way of the Warrior was released with small minor changes. Surprisingly the game isn't actually censored at all but either way some changes to the menu and in-game were done in this version of the game.

Copyright is 1994 in US version while in Japan it's 1995.

Memory Warning#
A memory warning screen was added to the Japan version.
There is not enough free memory space.
Press the A button to start the memory management tool.
If you press the B button, you will not be able to register and save the high score/player's name, etc.The Lava Pit Fatality#
For some reason the fatality for the lava pit stage was changed to have the skeleton leap down bit lower for some reason???
