- Viewing the construction sites for T&C Reno and Quik Build add a "Not available in Demo" message in its requirement message.

- Upon giving a Mii some clothes, the demo ends with a series of messages hoping the player enjoyed it before the Mii gives the player three options to view a selection of cutscenes.
- Afterwards, the player is given a hamster costume of a random color.
- At this point the player is unable to receive any more money, warm fuzzies, or increase a Mii's happiness. All Miis will remain indoors and can only talk about features that are available in the full game, referred to as the "retail version."

Bugs#
- This version of the game crashes when the game was started between 9 AM to 10 AM after completing it. It was fixed in Version 1.0.1 on March 31, 2026.
- The "I need a drink of water..." cutscene has the Mii's nose visible and as high as it can go after getting sprayed by the water fountain, as opposed to being hidden entirely like in the final.
