Leftover NPC#
The Mail Carriers never make a single appearance in the game, due to Sims not being able to go on dates or having bills be paid. However with use of the boolprop testingcheatsenabled true, he or she can spawn with the DBG - Force Bills cheat via the mailbox, whom can be interacted with normally.
