This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?

To do:

  • The UI seen in the J2ME and Android versions differ, compare them
    • A multi-resolution J2ME applet exists which uses the same UI as the Android version2
  • A debug menu is only known for the J2ME version of this game. Does the Android version have a debug menu?
    • Is it even accessible? How would the user access it?

The Amazing World of Gumball: Journey to the Moon is one of Cartoon Network's many games set in the Amazing World of Gumball series. Interestingly, it is the only one to release for J2ME devices.

During a game of football in their garden, Gumball accidentally throws the ball into Mr. Robinson's yard, right into the back of his head.
As punishment, he teaches them a new game called "Learning the Consequences of your Actions", and then proceeds to kick their ball all the way into the moon.
Gumball and Darwin are left to build a rocket in their back garden to go and retrieve it.
==Debug Menu== The J2ME version of the game features a rudimentary debug menu.

To activate it, on the main menu press the following keys in this order: 1979.
The significance of this? No clue, however it does give us access to a whole bunch of extra options to fiddle with.

  • TEST SOUND: A basic sound test. Use the left and right keys to change the index, and then the action key to play it.
  • FREE UPGRADES: Removes the cost of all upgrades.
  • INVINCIBLE: Makes the player's rocket "invincible" (likely prevents obstacles from deducting energy)
  • INFINITE: Gives the player a limitless amount of boosts and bombs.
  • TEST ROCKET: Seems to be testing out different combinations of cosmetic upgrades to the player's rocket.
  • TEST CROWD: Test of the crowd seen in the background. Pressing <-/4 or ->/6 changes the number of people in the crowd.
  • VIEW ENDING: Shows the ending of the game (self-explanatory).
