An unused character placeholder icon can be found in the exhibition character select screen. There are four extra slots that go unused and each of them have their own red text on top reading "Repeat 2?" through "Repeat 5?".

Poh Poh's Animation#

An unused animation of Poh Poh flexing. He is completely idle in one frame even in the character selection screen.

There are three graphics hidden in the menus. "Click Here" appears in one frame before the characters show up in the main menu, "Exhibition Popup" for the Exhibition Match screen, and the loading popup for the match to load.

Version Differences#

This needs some investigation.
Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page.
Specifically:

  • Look for the other versions including 1.0i (Mac OS X).
  • Find a way to get moregamesbutton.pct working in-game.

Many versions were distributed not just Skunk Studios own website but for other sites like GameHouse and RealArcade. Oberon Media was responsible for the CD release containing the infamous SecuROM copy protection.

1.0a Skunk Studios

1.0k GameHouse

1.0k RealArcade

1.0L Oberon Media

The title screen for 1.0a contains a different screenshot and more lighter blue than GameHouse and RealArcade. The Oberon Media version contains two images for Skunk Studios and Oberon Media.

1.0k GameHouse

1.0k RealArcade

1.0L Oberon Media

1.0a

1.0k GameHouse

There are four verisons of the title screen with Gamehouse and Oberon Media having their own logos on the bottom right. 1.0a uses a pct format for "More great games at skunkstudios.com" but it is never shown despite the EXE mentioning the file. Additionally there's a "Tell a Friend" button that allows you to send an email to people to demo the game.

Found in the commands script in code.cct is a development message mentioning Kalle Wik, one of the game's programmers.

--Kalle here are some of the effects I am using
--Note: I added the #lifeTime and #texture properties
--#Texture is the name of a bitmap or flash Member
--#Lifetime is milliseconds
