This needs some investigation. Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page. Specifically: See if Q, Oro, Ibuki, and/or Twelve have unused XCopy voicelines. Perhaps Shin Akuma has some as well?
Twelve's X.C.O.P.Y super allows him to turn into his opponent, gaining their likeness and moveset. While in X.C.O.P.Y., Twelve has a distorted version of his opponent's voice. A lot of voicelines with this distortion go unused for various reasons. The voicelines that go unused are;
Voices only used in round intros, because Twelve cannot start with XCopy.
Super Art voicelines, because Twelve cannot use its opponent's super arts while in XCopy.
Voicelines exclusive to EX Moves, because Twelve cannot use EX moves while in XCopy.
