  • Limited Run Games release changes.
  • Investigate Rendering Ranger: R2 Rewind, which includes the unreleased international Targa version.

Rendering Ranger: R2 is a rather interesting game created by Turrican series director Manfred Trenz that contains both run n' gun and horizontally scrolling shoot 'em up stages. It is known for being a very visually impressive game for the Super Famicom in addition to being very rare, with only about 10,000 official copies known to exist. The game was planned to receive a Western release as Targa (which was actually the original name for the game in the first place), but those plans were unfortunately scrapped.

Advance Stage#

Pause the game and press L, R, L, R, B, Y, X, A, Select, B, Y, A, X, R, L to instantly advance to the next stage. It stores $01 to memory address 7E051D.
