Quinty (SNES)

This game was never completed and/or given a public release. As a result of this, keep in mind that the developers might have used or deleted some of the content featured here, had the game actually been released.

This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion. Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?

A Super Famicom remake of Quinty was planned for release via Nintendo Power kiosks in 1999, but was scrapped (presumably so Game Freak could focus on wrapping the famously troubled production of Pokémon Gold and Silver). Further plans to release this remake for Wii Virtual Console were considered around late 2006, but ultimately fell through again.

Three builds (labeled quinty.sfc, quinty990301.sfc, and quinty990606.sfc) were found in the October 2024 Game Freak leak. While they're complete from a content perspective, none of them can be considered "final" as they're very prone to crashes. This page will be covering the first build.
