There are a lot of sound files from the original Japanese release remaining as leftovers on the international release disc.
Persona 3 FES Leftover Navigation Lines#
For whatever reason, contained on the Persona 4 disc are all of the Japanese battle Navigation (Fuuka/Mitsuru, etc.) voice clips from Persona 3 FES.

An unknown Velvet Room scene. This and the next two scenes are the first ones in the files. They appear to be alternate versions of Velvet Room scenes.
